Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.) Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents Manage payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, and overtime Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary, etc. Ensure timely compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, collecting documents) Support performance review and appraisal processes Organize HR events and engagement activities Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations and documentation Familiarity with labor laws and compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
