Field Sales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of school-related products (books, furniture, supplies, etc.) by visiting schools, institutions, and retail outlets. The candidate should be self-motivated, confident, and ready to travel in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Visit schools, coaching centers, and other educational institutions for product promotion and sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups regularly Maintain records of visits, inquiries, and sales in the prescribed format Provide market feedback to management Required Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling Self-driven and target-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team
