ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
· Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, or events.
· Conduct product presentations and demos.
· Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
· Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Gather feedback from customers and report trends, needs, and competition.
· Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, leads, sales, and customer feedback.
· Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to sales managers.
· Plan daily routes and schedules efficiently.
Soft Skills Required:
Qualifications
· Minimum Graduate
· Experience in field sales roles preferred.
