The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers on-site, explaining product benefits, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calls. Conduct site assessments and understand customer energy needs. Present and promote solar products and solutions effectively. Explain the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely installation. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer feedback. Requirements: 1–3 years of field sales experience; solar or energy sector preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
