About the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for all new hires and exits.
  • Take charge of vendor management, ensuring efficient communication and handling of third-party relationships. Previous experience in effective vendor management is essential.
  • Regularly engage with employees, addressing their queries and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Be a people’s person who is proactive in identifying and resolving potential HR issues and concerns, enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • Assist the recruitment team when needed, contributing to the hiring process as required.

  • Requirements:

    • Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Having a total experience of 4-6 years.
    • Proven experience in

      HR Operations

      and

      Vendor Management.

    • Hands on experience with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho etc
    • Good understanding of HR policies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented with a

      "get things done"

      attitude.
    • Ability to handle employee queries and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus.
    • Location:

      Must be based in Bangalore and available to work from the office.
