• Manage the complete lifecycle of background verification checks for all new hires.
• Coordinate with external background verification agencies to ensure timely and accurate results.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all pre-employment documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Verify the authenticity of candidate-provided information, including educational qualifications, previous employment, and references.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols throughout the verification process.
