Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations Specialist / HR Operations Executive / HR Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 – 6 years

About the Role:

The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes, ensuring seamless employee experience, compliance, and accuracy in all HR systems and documentation. The role involves close coordination with payroll, recruitment, and business teams to support daily HR activities and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.

• Maintain and update HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Handle payroll coordination: attendance validation, leave management, and payroll data processing.

• Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labour laws.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.

• Coordinate employee benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, etc.).

• Support performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

• Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and systems.

• Drive process automation and continuous improvement in HR operations.

• Liaise with external vendors (background verification, insurance, etc.) as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–8 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination.

• Proficiency in HRMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, etc.) and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience in handling HR audits and compliance documentation.

• Understanding of HR process automation or digitization initiatives.
