Work Details

Location
: Hyderabad, India.
Shift Timings
: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (aligned with Australian operations for real-time support).
Team Context
: Within the "Enabling Areas" group supporting Deloitte Australia across Talent, Finance, IT, and more. The Talent CoE focuses on lifecycle management to foster an empowering culture, minimize risks, and uphold Deloitte's reputation for superior service.

: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, strict adherence to confidentiality, positive team-oriented mindset, strong verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Work Style
: Adaptable to pressure and change, proactive with initiative (e.g., recommending solutions to problems), integrity-driven (e.g., identifying quality issues and suggesting controls).
Technical/Process
: Basic familiarity with HR processes; emphasis on efficiency and collaboration in a shared services setting.

Qualifications

Essential
: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree + 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably in HR Shared Services, with a focus on onboarding or recruitment support).
Preferred
:

Technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) for transaction processing.
Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and query resolution.
