Position Overview

HR Operations & Analytics Consultant

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain, update, and validate employee data in HR systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure

    data integrity and accuracy

    across HR processes.
  • Develop and generate

    HR dashboards, metrics, and MIS reports

    to support business decisions.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement through data analysis.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives in HR.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Manage operational aspects of

    onboarding, confirmations, exits, and contract renewals

    .
  • Liaise with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, documentation, and records.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to

    statutory requirements and labor laws

    .
  • Support audits and compliance reporting through accurate data.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Support (Operational)

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes, policies, and benefits.
  • Provide operational support for employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (BBA, B. Com, or similar) or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in

    HR Operations / HR Analytics

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    HR Systems, HRIS, and Data Management

    .
  • Ability to create and analyze

    HR dashboards, metrics, and MIS reports

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Employee Lifecycle, HR Operations, Policies & Compliance

    .
  • Advantageous: Experience in

    Employee Engagement & Support (operational)

    .
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and process orientation.
