Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Support the recruitment process from job postings and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and internal communication to strengthen company culture.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support admin and operational activities as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations Executive.
Good understanding of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and engagement.
Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
People-oriented and solution-driven mindset.

Additional Details:

Location: Noida (Sector-3)
Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Only alternate Saturdays are Working)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Process:

1st Round: Virtual Interview
Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview (at Office, Noida – Sec 3)
