HR Officer

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Actively participate in recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Assist with performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain calendars. Maintain accurate employee records and paperwork. Represent the organization in disciplinary meetings, grievance hearings, and other employee relations meetings. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements for this role include proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role, knowledge of HR functions and a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, familiarity with HRIS and HR databases, and a degree in Human Resources or a related field.,
