This role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading branch teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans that align with CJ Smart’s business objectives. Forecast sales performance and identify opportunities for growth across all 14 branches. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across all showrooms. Foster a motivated, results-driven team culture focused on achieving sales goals. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to achieve common objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and business partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CJ Smart’s market presence. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to enhance brand visibility. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate use of CRM and other sales management tools. Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure consistent application of sales policies, procedures, and standards across all branches. Requirements MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred. Experience: Minimum 10-20 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, or TV sales. Expertise: Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, team management, and revenue growth. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
