Job Description:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles to support effective business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
● Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense reports.● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.● Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.● Reconcile bank statements and oversee general ledger accuracy.● Handle financial operations and reconciliations across multiple branches, ensuring inter-branch accuracy and timely reporting.
● Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.● Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.● Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and improve efficiency.● Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel).● Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.● Effective communication and teamwork skills.● Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data.

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
● Professional certification (CA Intermediate, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.● Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial administration or accounting roles.
