Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Develop, manage, and execute the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the entire Sales department, including headcount, travel, expenses, and commissions.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actual performance against budget and forecast, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to Sales and Executive leadership.
• Own the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports and performance dashboards, monitoring key metrics (KPIs) like sales cycle costs, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and profitability by region/product.

Sales Strategy & Operations Support

• Collaborate with Sales leadership on pricing strategies and margin analysis to ensure profitable deal structures and product mix.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis to support new sales initiatives, market expansion, and channel partner strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the sales commission structure and compensation plans to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Manage the financial aspects of Sales-related investments, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure rigorous financial controls and adherence to company policies and financial reporting standards within the Sales organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the sales finance function to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Serve as the finance lead for sales-related technology implementations (e.g., CRM integration with financial systems).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
