As an Internal and External Immigration Officer, your role involves ensuring HR compliance, labor relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate staff and organizational data, adhering to HR processes and procedures, and supporting various HR projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Adhering to and maintaining HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Providing end-to-end recruitment processes, including opening and maintaining staff files - Checking staff movements are captured correctly and align with the approved organogram - Creating, implementing, and maintaining accurate record keeping of employee information - Drafting employment letters, role change letters, and other necessary documentation - Collecting, consolidating, and reporting employee data for various department requirements - Keeping updated with critical skills list for accurate compliance with Immigration legislation - Facilitating disciplinary processes and preparing evidence portfolios - Providing necessary data for internal and external reporting - Monitoring leave data and ensuring compliance, reporting anomalies when necessary - Administering regular clean-ups on HR systems to maintain data accuracy - Coordinating medical insurance membership and updating employee information - Acting as a liaison between employees and service providers for benefit-related matters - Assisting with employee wellness initiatives, counselling, and drug testing procedures - Delivering optimal customer service to internal and external customers - Supporting HRBPs and senior management on specific HR-related projects Additional details about the company or any specific requirements were not mentioned in the job description provided.
