Role: HR ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Udaipur. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing effective HR strategies, leading talent acquisition efforts, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational growth and culture.In addition to core HR functions, the ideal candidate will also take an active role in strengthening our employer brand. This includes hiring content creators and influencers, onboarding influencer marketing agencies, and managing the company’s LinkedIn profile to boost online presence and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goalsLead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesManage performance appraisal systems and employee development programsEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR best practicesOversee employee relations and maintain a healthy work cultureMaintain discipline and decorum across the workplace and ensure a productive environmentHire and coordinate with social media influencers and creators for brand activitiesOnboard and manage relationships with influencer marketing agenciesMaintain and regularly update the company’s LinkedIn profile and assist in boosting employer brandingHandle employee benefits, payroll coordination, and HR documentationSupport management with organizational development and change initiativesQualificationsProven experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee engagementStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceSkills in performance management, talent development, and strategic HR planningExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience in managing external partners such as influencer or recruitment agencies is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the e-commerce, tech, or digital media industry will be considered an advantage
