Role: HR Manager Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Udaipur. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing effective HR strategies, leading talent acquisition efforts, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational growth and culture. In addition to core HR functions, the ideal candidate will also take an active role in strengthening our employer brand. This includes hiring content creators and influencers, onboarding influencer marketing agencies, and managing the company’s LinkedIn profile to boost online presence and visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Oversee employee relations and maintain a healthy work culture Maintain discipline and decorum across the workplace and ensure a productive environment Hire and coordinate with social media influencers and creators for brand activities Onboard and manage relationships with influencer marketing agencies Maintain and regularly update the company’s LinkedIn profile and assist in boosting employer branding Handle employee benefits, payroll coordination, and HR documentation Support management with organizational development and change initiatives Qualifications Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee engagement Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Skills in performance management, talent development, and strategic HR planning Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Experience in managing external partners such as influencer or recruitment agencies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the e-commerce, tech, or digital media industry will be considered an advantage

Location: Only for udaipur inhouse Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign management About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with deep technical and strategic expertise in Meta and Google Ads. The candidate should be results-driven and capable of consistently delivering high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while managing campaigns efficiently at scale. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, create, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). Conduct in-depth keyword research and align campaigns with product positioning and target audience needs. Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC) feeds for e-commerce campaigns. Tracking, Data & Tools Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), pixel/event setups, and conversion tracking. Work on Ads API integrations, troubleshoot data flow, and ensure accurate attribution. Explore and integrate new ad-tech tools and automation to improve efficiency and performance. Optimization & Scaling Monitor campaign performance to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA. Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages. Identify trends, insights, and scaling strategies backed by real data. Analytics & Reporting Prepare clear performance reports using Google Analytics/GA4 and platform dashboards. Present actionable insights and improvement plans to management.
