Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, committed, and highly professional Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and people-oriented, with strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires flexibility, responsiveness, and a hands-on approach to managing a wide range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support the company’s goals and culture.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available and responsive to HR-related matters and coordination tasks beyond standard office hours when needed.
  • Willingness to travel outstation occasionally for training, recruitment, or company events.
