Major Responsibilities: Marketing communications: Create, edit and manage content for the website, electronic outreach communications (social media, email newsletters, etc.), program-specific material and other printed collateral, reports and general communications. Paid Digital Advertising: Create, edit and manage digital marketing campaigns and content for internal and external clients on platforms like Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Presentations: Create and design presentations on Prezi, PPT and other tools. Graphic design: Complete ownership of graphic design projects in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Canva, etc. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications/mass media/journalism/graphics content management. Work Experience: 1+ years prior experience in graphic design, digital marketing, marketing communications (not sales) and social media marketing. Skills: The candidate should excel in design, content management, communications, problem solving and use of specialized computer applications. Extremely detail-oriented and creative Excellent written and spoken communication skills Self-motivator and highly energetic Focus and ability to work in teams Individual with a should truly enjoy content creation, and have a strong ability to multi-task Open only for candidates with prior graphic design experience (social media, collateral, specialized design software) and technical skills (WordPress, HTML, etc.)

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement through communication and feedback channels. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labour laws and regulations. Maintain HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed to reflect changing legal requirements and company needs. Utilize HR metrics and data to drive informed decision-making.
