Dear candidate, Kindly, go through the details before applying as we have an opportunity with one of clients as per details below: Position: HR Manager cum Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Bandra west Mumbai Experience: 10 years Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday- Flexible environment Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions Partner with department heads to forecast talent needs and workforce planning Drive strategic sourcing initiatives using job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other channels Conduct screening, interviews, and evaluations to ensure cultural and competency fit Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance protocols Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies Oversee performance appraisal processes, feedback systems, and employee development programs Maintain HR MIS, recruitment metrics, and hiring dashboards for reporting and insights Coordinate internal communications and manage grievance resolution tactfully Liaise with external consultants and recruitment agencies as needed Candidate Profile: Proven experience in HR management and full-cycle recruiting Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office suite Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks Self-driven, strategic thinker with high integrity and adaptability CTC: upto INR 17,00,000 LPA Joining: Immediate only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your total experience ?
