Job Description

Trinity International is seeking an experienced Overseas HR Manager to lead human resources operations for our international business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR management experience and a strong understanding of global labor laws, international compliance, and overseas talent acquisition. This role requires strategic leadership to enhance employee engagement, performance, and workplace culture while ensuring adherence to both local and international HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for overseas operations.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, expatriate employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Design and execute performance management and employee development programs tailored for an international workforce.
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures across different locations.
  • Monitor and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture improvement in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Maintain HR records and manage HR systems for effective international workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in an overseas setting.
  • Stay updated on global HR trends, legal changes, and best practices in international human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in an overseas or international HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of global labor laws, HR compliance, and international talent management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and management across different regions.
