Hello,

We are looking for an HR Manager...

Experience: 6+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 50K

Location: Sec 74 A, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting positive employee relations.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and promoting employee development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures, and managing employee benefits plans.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
  • Policy Development: Creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, with a track record of managing various HR functions.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate an HR team.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex HR issues.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations: Essential for ensuring compliance.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,610.60 - ₹59,693.63 per month
