Hello, We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor Experience: 3+ Yrs Salary: UP TO 35K Location: Delhi-NCR Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is progressing as per the design plan. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to design specifications. Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and resolve them promptly. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily labour report, daily progress reports, site logs, and material checklists. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage timelines and work schedules to avoid delays and cost overruns. Communicate project updates to the design and management teams. Assist in procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site. Conduct final inspections and ensure project completion meets client expectations. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs. Skills: Strong understanding of interior construction, materials, and finishes. Ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAD plans, and BOQs. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
