The ideal candidate will support the execution of real estate or infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in the coordination and execution of construction projects from planning to handover. Monitor and track project schedules , milestones, and deliverables using project management tools. Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors , and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow. Prepare and maintain project documentation , including reports, meeting minutes, work progress summaries, and checklists. Coordinate and follow up on RFIs, material approvals, permits, and site inspections . Help manage project budgets, BOQs, and contractor bills in coordination with the commercial team.
