Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects and project management consultancy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site coordination, vendor management, and project tracking, preferably having worked with a reputed PMC firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interior fit-out and turnkey projects from start to finish
• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations
• Track project progress and ensure timelines, quality, and budget compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Support procurement processes and follow up on material delivery
• Monitor site work, raise issues promptly, and ensure safety and compliance

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/project coordination, preferably with a PMC
• Strong knowledge of project execution and site supervision
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction materials
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools

Education:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
