INTEREX DESIGNS LLP is a growing interior design and execution firm specializing in innovative and high-quality residential and commercial interiors. We bring creativity, functionality, and attention to detail in every project we undertake. INTEREX DESIGNS LLP is looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out works across multiple sites. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in site execution, team coordination, and delivering quality results within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site execution of interior projects from start to finish. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and design teams for smooth project flow. Ensure work quality and adherence to approved drawings and materials. Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers. Manage site manpower, allocate tasks, and solve on-ground issues. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Maintain site documentation including daily logs, labor reports, and inventory. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the site. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in interior site supervision. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution methods. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred. Familiarity with MEP coordination and handling subcontractors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
