Role Summary

Interior Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Finishing

• Pay particular attention to

  finishing details

  , ensured fit-outs, edges, seams, and workmanship meet quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all work adheres to

  quality standards and specifications

  .
• Conduct regular site inspections and document any defects for resolution.

Material & Inventory Coordination

• Work with Procurement/Logistics teams to monitor material deliveries.
• Ensure careful and systematic

  storage and inventory control

  at site.

Team & Labor Management

• Supervise onsite workforce and subcontractors.
• Verify manpower allocation meets the requirements of the project scope.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols as per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and site-specific safety standards.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as main point of contact on site for Project Manager, architects, clients, sub contractors, and suppliers.
• Communicate challenges and milestones clearly and professionally.

Issue Resolution

• Identify and resolve onsite problems promptly.
• Escalate major technical or logistical issues to senior management with recommended solutions.

Site Management

• Ensure sites are

  organized, clean, and safe

  for workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Oversee delivery, storage, and correct handling of materials (furniture, carpets, etc.).

Project Timeline & Reporting

• Track

  project schedules and milestones

  against client expectations.
• Identify potential delays early and propose corrective actions.
• Provide structured

  daily / weekly progress reports

  to reporting authority.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3-4 years

  of experience in interior or furniture/fixture installations with turnaround responsibility.
• Proven track record supervising

  8 -10 sites

  (commercial/office) with successful deliveries.
• Experience with

  turnkey interior project execution

  including supply, installation, finishing, and wrap-up.
• Strong understanding of Site Marking, Sequence of work, sub contractors, furniture systems, carpets, fixtures, and interior finishes.
• Excellent site coordination, reporting, and

  team management skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project conditions.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
