Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interior fit-out and turnkey projects from start to finish
  • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations
  • Track project progress and ensure timelines, quality, and budget compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
  • Support procurement processes and follow up on material delivery
  • Monitor site work, raise issues promptly, and ensure safety and compliance

  • Requirements:

    • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/project coordination, preferably with a PMC
    • Strong knowledge of project execution and site supervision
    • Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction materials
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools
    • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
