Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor (Must be ready to travel and work outside Mumbai)

Location: Based in Mumbai (Must be ready to travel and work outside Mumbai)
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (as per site requirement)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and be willing to travel and stay at project sites outside Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring commitment across all 7 days, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and clients
• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and material management
• Read and execute tasks based on drawings and BOQ
• Handle site issues and resolve them independently
• Maintain daily site reports and update project managers
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at site
• Travel and stay at outstation sites as per project requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in interior site supervision
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials
• Ability to handle teams, manage timelines, and solve site issues
• Ready to work Monday to Sunday if required
• Willing to travel and stay at sites outside Mumbai
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
