Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Safety Officer with 4–5 years of experience to oversee safety practices at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in safety protocols, capable of identifying risks, and committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance on-site
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
• Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety gear by all workers
• Organize and lead safety training and toolbox talks
• Investigate and document incidents, near misses, or unsafe practices
• Maintain safety records, checklists, and legal compliance documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure safety at all levels

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Industrial/Construction Safety
• 4 to 5 years of experience in construction site safety
• Good knowledge of government safety regulations and industry standards
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to lead, train, and enforce safety measures on-site
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
