Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in interior design and construction. The candidate will be responsible for procuring materials required for interior fit-outs and civil construction projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials for both interior (furniture, fixtures, finishes) and construction (cement, steel, hardware, electrical) needs.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in coordination with project and design teams.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and handle logistics coordination.
• Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to understand material needs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve material discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast future procurement needs based on project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement within interior design and construction environments.
• Knowledge of construction materials, interior products, and supplier networks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/procurement software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
