Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior & Construction Projects

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday if required based on project deadlines)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating between design, procurement, and execution teams while maintaining timelines, budgets, and communication across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track the end-to-end execution of interior and construction projects
• Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Liaise between clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Assist project managers in preparing work orders, BOQs, drawings, and client updates
• Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on material delivery timelines
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, meeting notes, and progress charts
• Communicate design changes or scope revisions clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Assist in managing project costs, billing, and vendor payments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 4 to 5 years of experience in project coordination (interior fit-out or construction projects)
• Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and work sequences
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
