Project Coordinator (PMC Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The ideal candidate will support the execution of real estate or infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in the coordination and execution of construction projects from planning to handover.
• Monitor and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, work progress summaries, and checklists.
• Coordinate and follow up on RFIs, material approvals, permits, and site inspections.
• Help manage project budgets, BOQs, and contractor bills in coordination with the commercial team.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Organize and participate in weekly review meetings, ensuring all action points are addressed.
• Ensure all work aligns with the project specifications, timelines, and PMC protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
• Good understanding of construction methods, project workflows, and PMC roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on multiple sites or projects, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / CAPM or other project management certifications (preferred).
• Experience in handling residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
