Job Description

As a Human Resources professional at our company, your role will involve implementing and revising the compensation program, creating and updating job descriptions, and conducting annual salary surveys. You will also be responsible for developing and analyzing the salary budget, evaluation program, and personnel policies. Additionally, you will maintain the company handbook, oversee recruitment efforts, and perform benefits administration. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and revise the compensation program - Create and update job descriptions - Conduct annual salary surveys - Develop and analyze the salary budget - Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures - Maintain the company handbook - Perform benefits administration - Oversee recruitment efforts and job ads placement - Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling - Oversee exit interviews - Maintain department records and reports - Participate in administrative staff meetings - Maintain company directory and organizational charts - Recommend new policies and procedures - Ensure statutory compliance filing work like ESI, EPF, etc. - Sound knowledge of recruitment activities, onboarding, training, and development - Familiarity with HR systems and databases - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels - In-depth knowledge of statutory and HR best practices Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in statutory compliance filing work - Knowledge of recruitment activities, onboarding, training, and development - Familiarity with HR systems and databases - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels - In-depth knowledge of statutory and HR best practices Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time.
