You will be responsible for implementing and revising the institution's compensation program, creating and updating job descriptions, conducting annual salary surveys, and developing, analyzing, and updating the salary budget. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing, analyzing, and updating the evaluation program, revising personnel policies and procedures, and maintaining the institution's handbook on policies and procedures. Your role will also involve performing benefits administration, maintaining affirmative action programs, overseeing recruitment efforts, conducting new employee orientations, and providing employee relations counseling. You will be responsible for exit interviews, maintaining department records and reports, and participating in administrative staff meetings. Furthermore, you will maintain the company directory and organizational charts, recommend new policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, EPF, and other filings. Your knowledge in recruitment activities, onboarding, training, and development will be crucial in this role. You should have expertise in HR systems and databases, possess excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, and demonstrate competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels within the institution. A deep understanding of statutory and HR best practices is essential for this position. This is a full-time position located in person.
