HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our fast-growing fashion brand. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee life cycle, culture building, and HR compliance aligned with the creative and fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, design teams, and corporate functions
• Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices across the organization
• Handle onboarding, training, and performance management systems
• Strengthen company culture and employee engagement activities
• Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems with accuracy
• Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
• Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
• Identify talent needs and workforce planning for business expansion
• Support leadership in developing compensation structures and increments
• Organize learning & development initiatives for store and corporate employees

Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in hiring for Fashion/Retail is a big plus
• Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving, creative environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and industry-specific compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
