Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Mohali

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing core HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have experience in IT hiring and HR operations within a fast-paced startup or mid-size organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.Manage hiring strategies, job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.Execute smooth onboarding & orientation programs for new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HRMS systems (Zoho / GreytHR or similar) and employee database.Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and statutory requirements.Draft HR policies, handbooks, and process improvements.

Employee Engagement & Experience
Plan and execute engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs.Address employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.Drive retention strategies and a positive work culture.

Performance & Training
Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting.Support learning & development initiatives and capability building.

Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and offboarding formalities.Provide insights to reduce attrition and improve retention.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
5–8 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in IT industry).Experience in HR operations, compliance, talent acquisition & employee engagement.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-solving ability with a people-first mindset.Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho, GreytHR, or equivalent).
