The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training, policy implementation, and compliance. The role ensures a productive, positive, and legally compliant workplace aligned with company goals. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Coordinate manpower planning with department heads. Maintain a talent pipeline and drive employer branding initiatives. B. Employee Relations & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues and grievances. Promote a positive culture and address workplace concerns professionally. Conduct employee engagement activities and retention strategies. C. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law (or country-specific laws). Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and documentation. D. Performance Management Manage the performance evaluation process. Work with managers to set KPIs and performance improvement plans. Assist in succession planning and career development frameworks. E. Payroll & Benefits Coordinate with accounts/finance to ensure timely payroll processing. Maintain attendance, leave data, and employee records. Manage insurance, visa processing, and employee benefits programs. F. Training & Development Identify training needs and develop annual training plans. Organize internal and external training sessions. Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress. G. HR Administration Maintain updated HR documentation and confidential employee files. Oversee HRMS systems, attendance, and related records. Support administrative functions like office management and events. 3. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law (or relevant country laws).
