About the Role
Xorosoft is hiring Accounts Executives with a strong foundation in accounting and hands-on experience using ERP or accounting software. The ideal candidates will assist in the implementation, configuration, and validation of accounting workflows within the XoroERP system.This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who are tech-savvy and eager to contribute to ERP rollout and client onboarding projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Finance & Accounts modules during ERP onboarding (Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, GST setup, AR/AP workflows, etc.).
• Support transactional testing, reconciliation, and data validation during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist clients in recording Sales, Purchase, Payment, and Adjustment entries in the ERP system.
• Perform financial report checks (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) and ensure accounting accuracy post-migration.
• Provide hands-on support for client-side ERP adoption and basic training.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Implementation Engineers during go-live and post-go-live support.
• Import and map financial data from Excel/CSV formats into the ERP system.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP-based accounting practices.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, or Xero.
• Familiarity with key accounting workflows: Journal Entries, GST, AR/AP, Inventory Valuation, Bank Reconciliation.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas).
• Good communication and collaboration skills to support client-facing engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
