Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, and feature overviews. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to understand technical features and translate them into clear, concise content. Write SEO-friendly website and blog content related to ERP, automation, and enterprise software. Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and documentation standards across all deliverables. Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Assist in creating in-app help text, onboarding materials, and tooltips for user assistance. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation aligned with product releases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field . 2+ years of experience in technical content writing or documentation for software applications . Strong command over English grammar, structure, and tone . Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
