Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in healthcare/hospital sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Follows and update all paper work for NABH.
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
