Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities: -

Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding.

Understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions with department heads.

Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and networking.

Conduct initial HR screening and ensure timely closure of positions. Manage joining formalities, induction processes and background verification.

Support payroll documentation attendance, leaves, compliance data. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee files, contracts and statutory documents.

Skills & Qualifications: -

• MBA in HR Management.

• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and compliance roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, HR portals and recruitment tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Ethical, professional and confidential handling of HR data.

• Problem-solving approach with a positive mindset.

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws and statutory documentation.
