Full job description;

Arranging hospital admissions both OPD and IPD.
Providing referrals about Our hospitals to others
Scheduling appointments for medical tests and lab work
Updating patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Welcoming patients: Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone
Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments in person or by phone, and keep patients on schedule
Answering questions: Answer routine questions and provide comfort and support to patients
Maintaining records: Maintain patient records, accounts, and insurance information
Directing for payments: Collect co-payments or payments for services rendered
Assisting with forms: Help patients fill out insurance forms and other patient records
Communicating with staff: Inform medical staff when a patient has arrived or is waiting
Maintaining a clean environment: Keep the reception area clean and calm
Using technology: Use practice management software, patient portals, and other technology to manage scheduling and interact with patients
Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient and doctor's information.
Also willing to do Night Duty responsibilities .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1-2 year (Preferred)
total work: 1-2 year (Preferred)
Front desk - Receptionist: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Hindi and English (Preferred)
