Full job description;

• Arranging hospital admissions both OPD and IPD.
• Providing referrals about Our hospitals to others
• Scheduling appointments for medical tests and lab work
• Updating patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Welcoming patients: Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone
• Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments in person or by phone, and keep patients on schedule
• Answering questions: Answer routine questions and provide comfort and support to patients
• Maintaining records: Maintain patient records, accounts, and insurance information
• Directing for payments: Collect co-payments or payments for services rendered
• Assisting with forms: Help patients fill out insurance forms and other patient records
• Communicating with staff: Inform medical staff when a patient has arrived or is waiting
• Maintaining a clean environment: Keep the reception area clean and calm
• Using technology: Use practice management software, patient portals, and other technology to manage scheduling and interact with patients
• Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient and doctor's information.
• Also willing to do Night Duty responsibilities .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1-2 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1-2 year (Preferred)
• Front desk - Receptionist: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi and English (Preferred)
