Role Overview We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our DocNetz diagnostics/clinic center. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Handling Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a positive attitude. Manage patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly. Verify patient details and update information in the DocNetz system. Assist patients in booking appointments or navigating services. Call & Communication Management Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations. Respond to WhatsApp/SMS inquiries using DocNetz communication tools. Administrative Support Maintain daily attendance, visitor logs, and front-office records. Handle billing coordination and share receipts when needed. Coordinate with the diagnostics, pharmacy, and doctor teams. Customer Service Provide clear guidance to patients about tests, waiting time, or procedures. Address basic complaints or concerns and escalate when required. Ensure a clean, orderly, and welcoming reception area. Coordination & Reporting Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by the center manager. Prepare daily reports related to patient flow, appointments, or collections. Support marketing/awareness campaigns when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Any graduate/PUC with prior experience in healthcare reception preferred. Strong communication skills in English + local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email). Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional grooming and customer-friendly attitude. Preferred Experience 1–3 years in diagnostics, clinics, hospitals, or customer service roles. Familiarity with healthcare software or appointment systems (advantage). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,140.74 - ₹25,607.70 per month Work Location: In person
