Job Description : Position Title: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Reports To: Business Head/Director Location: Vikaspuri, New Delhi Salary: Negotiable (Depending on the interview and last package) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary : - We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the overall development of our workforce. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills who can handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities :- 1. Recruitment and Onboarding - · Develop and execute recruitment plans, including job postings, sourcing, and candidate screening. · Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations. · Manage the entire onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules. · Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications. 2. Employee Engagement and Relations - · Foster a positive workplace environment by organizing team-building activities and engagement programs. · Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve them in a professional manner. · Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. 3. Performance Management - · Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems. · Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement. · Collaborate with managers to set KPIs and ensure periodic evaluations are conducted. 4. Training and Development - · Identify training needs and coordinate with external/internal trainers to develop learning programs. · Track employee participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. 5. HR Policies and Compliance - · Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. · Update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. · Maintain accurate and secure employee records. 6. Payroll and Benefits Administration - · Assist in payroll processing and address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits. · Oversee employee benefits programs such as insurance, leave management, and retirement plans. 7. HR Metrics and Reporting - · Maintain HR metrics and generate regular reports on employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and performance metrics. · Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR strategies and processes. 8. Administrative Support - · Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR operations. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and communication. · Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications and Skills :- · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). · 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. · Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. · Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. · Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. · Strong organizational and time management abilities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
