Job Title: Graphic Designer – Events & Visual Storytelling Location: VikasPuri, Delhi, INDIA. Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, environment design, stage design, concept development, and event branding. If you have an eye for detail and can transform ideas into powerful, stunning visuals—this is the role for you! You’ll be working on storyboards, stage & spatial concepts, posters, and visual themes before events go live, helping us bring experiences to life through design. Candidates with prior experience in pre-event branding work will be preferred. Key Responsibilities ● Create compelling visual storyboards for event concepts and themes. ● Design stage environments, booth layouts, and visual experiences. ● Develop engaging event posters, banners, and brand elements. ● Collaborate with creative directors and producers to build cohesive design narratives. ● Translate briefs into design languages and visual identities for different clients/events. ● Work across tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software to produce final assets. ● Maintain consistency in color palettes, typography, and layout systems across campaigns. ● Integrate basic AI tools (optional – training provided) to enhance workflow and creativity. Requirements ● 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in event or experience design. ● Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual language. ● Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other key design software. ● Experience in creating storyboards and pre-visuals for events is a strong advantage. ● Ability to understand and visualize event environments and spatial design. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work with creative and production teams. ● Graduate (College Pass-Out) with a design-related background or exceptional portfolio. Nice to Have ● Knowledge or willingness to learn AI-powered design tools. ● Interest in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D tools is a bonus. ● Passion for storytelling and creating immersive brand experiences.
