Website: www.triumfo.de Job Title: Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media graphics. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives. - Create and modify digital assets, ensuring consistency in design elements and brand guidelines. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve creative output. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience of 3+ years as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually impactful designs. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prepare design files for print production, ensuring correct resolution, color profiles, bleed, and margins. Operate and maintain various printing machines (e.g., digital printers, large format printers, offset printers) to produce high-quality prints. Monitor print jobs during production to ensure color accuracy and quality standards are met. Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on machines. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
