Candidate Profile Required Qualifications · 8–10 years of experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in tech-enabled or service delivery environments. · Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams of 50+ members. · Deep understanding of operational KPIs and process optimization techniques. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. · Experience working with workflow tools, CRMs, ticketing systems, or automation platforms. · Ability to drive outcomes independently in fast-paced, growth-stage organizations. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in managing P&L or operational budgets. · Background in service operations within solar, energy, SaaS, or digital services is a plus. · Strong analytical mind set with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
