Solar Permit Design Engineer

As a US Solar Permit Design Engineer at WattMonk, you will be a part of our on-site team at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, contributing your 12 years of experience in residential or commercial solar permit design. You will play a crucial role in creating accurate and compliant solar permit designs using AutoCAD, ensuring they meet NEC codes and AHJ requirements. Your ability to interpret client inputs and collaborate with internal teams will be essential in delivering high-quality solar designs for our clients across the US market. Your qualifications should include at least 1 year of experience in Solar permit designs (preferably in the U.S. market), proficiency in AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of NEC codes and US solar design standards. An educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering will be beneficial, along with the ability to learn quickly, handle feedback, and work efficiently under tight deadlines. Your strong communication and coordination skills will be key in maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all designs.
